May 14 hula hoop time: 7 minutes 12 seconds

So yesterday, I started running again..after like 2 weeks of nothing but studying, and I was very disappointed in myself.  I was on C25K W7 D3 which had me running for 25 minutes straight, and I only made it to 20 minutes.  I couldn’t push myself any further and I wasam sooo upset.  

After that, I did a little arm strength training, and then I decided to do some hula hoop.  And now I’m gonna do the hula hoop daily (hopefully) and I’m going to time myself every time.

So May 10: my hula hoop time was 5 minutes 28 seconds.


Later that day, I pre-gamed and went bar hopping with some friends…so that was probably like 1000 unnecessary calories.  But that was only for one day.  This is summer now, and I have no excuse.  This weight is going to come off.

Sidenote: I woke up today a little sore, and I had no idea why.  It just occurred to me that it was probably from the hula hoop.  I guess I’m doing right.
